Anyways I'm not so sure that sasuke will win, he's out of chakra and Orochimaru just went kablooey unless Naruto comes charging in with his cavalry.

Itachi used the "Yata's Shield" so he became defensively invincible.

Combined with the previous "Totsuka" for offensive purposes.

He was invincible....

As Sasuke was in for loss

Itachi unexpectedly hit the floor with no energy left

I don't believe it! Itachi must only be unconscious...maybe with a concussion! He can't DIE!!! I mean, yes this is what Sasuke has been striving for throughout the entire series but I mean really. If this was more realistic, Itachi would have killed Sasuke...a long time ago. Sasuke's expression just before Itachi poked him and fell (when he thought he was going to die) was priceless. We haven't seen that expression since Itachi wiped out the clan, however it's only funny because he's like 15. Watching little children cry helplessly is not funny.

Actually, I'm not really sure that taking Sasuke's eyes at this time would work. Yes Itachi is going blind and needs them, but Sasuke never obtained the mangekyou sharingan. If Itachi were to take Sasuke's eyes he wouldn't be able to use the mangekyou sharingan. Reason one: No friends, let alone a best friend. Reason two: He'd end up going blind with NO reserve this time.
