The best place to buy DVD's is at Pacific Mall. The only thing is that its in Scarborough/Markham and it smells funny because there are so many asians there. On the bright side, they sell movies that are on DVD, movies that are in Theatres, and movies that aren't in theatres, but not in DVD yet, for only about 4 dollars each! lol i've seen the cops there so many times

I go to Pacific mall a lot....but it's not good for me as I don't fit in with the..."crowd" and being the only beige guy, I get stared at a lot. As for DVD's, it is a great place.

Although if you use them alot you find that they tend to get worn out. When I went to Pakistan last year there were stores like that all around and they sold games for every system. The prices were reall low too like 1 dollar for a game r DVD.

Go to any flea market as well to get DVD's for cheap prices.
